This page explains what information this site collects and what happens to it. In short: we collect what we need to fulfil your order, we don't sell or share it, and it stays in our own private records.
When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, chosen payment method, and any promo code used. This is saved to our order records so we can fulfil and contact you about that order.
When you leave a product review: the name you type in, your star rating, and your comment. Reviews are shown publicly on the product page.
Your cart: the items you add are stored only in your own browser (not sent to us) until you check out.
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or other third parties. We don't use tracking cookies or ad networks.
Order and review data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the shop. Product photos may be hosted via Cloudinary. Messages about your order are exchanged over WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy covering that part of the conversation.
You can ask us to see or delete the order/contact information we hold about you at any time — just message us on WhatsApp.
